MAME4droid 2024, developed by David Valdeita (Seleuco), serves as a port of the MAME 0.270 emulator crafted by MAMEDev and its contributors. This application effectively emulates a variety of arcade games and systems, including well-known platforms such as ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC, and MSX. This iteration of MAME boasts support for over 40,000 distinct ROMs.

Important Note: MAME4droid is strictly an emulator and does not come packaged with any ROMs or copyrighted materials.

This version has been optimized for high-end Android devices, derived from the latest iteration of PC MAME, necessitating more advanced hardware specifications compared to its predecessors. Upon installation, users should place their zipped MAME-titled ROMs in the following directory: /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.seleuco.mame4d2024/files/roms (for additional ROM reading options, please refer to the help section).

Critical Note: This particular version of MAME4droid utilizes only the '0.269' ROM set, distinct from those available in older versions.
